Khushi Sibal
MA, AMFT
I specialize in treating children, teens, young adults, and women, with a focus on South Asian communities. I offer therapy in both English and Hindi.
The decision to come to therapy is challenging, but taking a step towards nourishing your mental health is commendable on its own. As a mental health provider, I understand that life can often feel like an endless maze, one that is difficult to navigate.
The experiences of life have taught us to be who we are today. Mental clarity, communication, and confidence are essential for a more self-aware and meaningful life. I hope to aid in your journey of healing and understanding by providing therapeutic support tailored to meet your needs. As a South Asian, I am passionate about providing clients with an inclusive and destigmatized space in processing their mental health. I believe that therapy is never a “one size fits all approach.” My goal as a provider is to curate a space which helps my clients feel empowered, validated, and at times slightly challenged when shaping new perspectives.
My areas of work include anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and finding your inner voice and confidence. Through a culturally sensitive approach, I hope to collaborate with you in your healing journey and explore your emotions, how they shaped you to be who you are today, and the goals we hope to accomplish together. Together, let’s pave the path.
