I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, specializing in neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and cultural identity through strengths-based, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families improve their lives, achieve their potential, and build meaningful connections with their support systems. My work focuses on depression, anxiety, stress, relational and family challenges, cultural identity, neurodivergence, and supporting the Asian-American community. Growing up, I witnessed the profound impact that mental health challenges and stigma can have on individuals and families. These experiences fueled my passion for therapy and my belief in its transformative power—not only for healing but also for fostering growth, resilience, and connection.
I appreciate you being here and seeking help; it takes strength and bravery to be vulnerable. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space, using a collaborative process to assist you in achieving your unique goals.
My approach is holistic, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and strength-based. Treatment would be tailored to your unique experiences and values. I aim to empower individuals to advocate for themselves and build the tools they need to create lasting change. Whether you’re seeking for a safe place to heal, personal growth, a stronger partnership, or a more harmonious family dynamic, I am here to help you navigate the journey.
I am bilingual and offering therapy sessions in both English and Vietnamese.
